Privacy Policy
Short version: Pereyos Toolbox does not collect, sell, or share any personal information. Your saved services and settings stay on your iPhone. The app only contacts the DNS provider you choose, the servers you ask it to check, and Expo's update service.
Information we collect
None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We never receive your lookups, your saved services, or any other data.
Data stored on your device
The services you add, your Uptime Kuma status page address, and your app settings are saved locally on your iPhone. This data is never sent to us, and deleting the app removes it. If you use iCloud or iPhone backups, it may be included in your backup under Apple's privacy terms.
DNS lookups
When you run a lookup, the app sends the domain name or IP address you entered to the DNS over HTTPS provider you select: Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google Public DNS. That provider receives the query, your IP address, and standard request details. Their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Service status checks
When you open the app or pull to refresh, it sends a request to each service address you added, and to your Uptime Kuma status page if you connected one. These requests go directly from your iPhone to those servers. They are servers you chose, and they see your IP address like any other visitor.
Clipboard
The app writes to your clipboard only when you tap a result to copy it.
App updates
When it launches, the app checks Expo's update service (u.expo.dev) for updates to its own code. This check sends basic technical information needed to deliver the right update, such as app version and platform. It does not include personal information and is not used by us to identify or track you.
Third parties
Apart from the requests described above, the app does not connect to any other service. It contains no advertising, analytics, or crash reporting tools, and we do not sell or share data with anyone.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
